There are many tags available on this website. But I was unable to sort answers/questions/articles on basis of angular 2 which is a framework for website development. I found something called Angularjs-2 something even google does not recognise. So would you please add the 'Angular 2' tag to the website.

Angular[^] is the new name for AngularJS[^]. So whilst the tag name is not technically correct, it's close enough, and matches the name that most people are familiar with.
And Google returns 15,400,000 results for "angularjs", so I'm not sure why you think Google doesn't recognise it?

To my knowledge, Angular 2 is a lot different than AngularJS. Angular 2 uses Typescript which is superset of javascript. AngularJS code won't be working in angular 2.

Could it be that the question gets "updated" when a spam answer gets nuked? I have sometimes followed some users up to old questions and reported his answers as spam and brought back to the top of the list the posts, but I don't recall seeing the question itself marked as updated.

The question will be tagged as updated when an answer is removed. Some time ago the member which report has finally led to remove the answer was shown. But this has been changed to disaply no name now.
Some possible reasons for answers to get removed:
Spam / abusive
A spammer searched the web for questions related to his product and posted an answer.
A site driver searched the web for questions related to his blog / web page and posted an answer (we had one last week doing so for about 50 questions).
Not an answer
A user having a problem searched the web, found the thread, created an account, and posted his question as solution or just something like "Have you found a solution?".
A user having a problem searched the web, found a solution and the thread, and posted a solution. But the solution he found for his problem does not apply to the question.
Repost
A user having a problem searched the web, found a solution and the thread, and posted a solution which is mainly identical to an existing one.
It would be better to have the question not tagged as modified when an answer is removed. But I guess that this might be hard to implement.

May I suggest to make the old post (maybe 3-4 years old) read only/close? And not to place the post in the scenario we discussed about on top of the Q&A queue/list?

I'm just a user like you. So I can't change anything.
As far as I remember introducing a closed state has been suggested before. But there are reasons to not do so:
Many questions have no final solution or none at all. For those letting them open makes sense.
The question is put on top of the list when a new solution is posted (which is desired). So it is already there even when the solution is removed shortly thereafter.
Finally, there is also an option to show only New[^] questions.
So it might be an idea to make that the default view when choosing "quick answers" from the main menu.

You can always edit the question and remove the sensitive parts. Replace it with an explanation of what you've done.
