Joined today, only message, and it's as a solution to a 2014 solved question. The whole of the message was "i cant open my facebook account please help me" - which smells like a tester for spam / password phishing to me.

Previous version was reported below wrongly as spam (Spam would be article[^]).
I wrote a comment pointing to the plagiarism FAQ because he provided references but did not use proper indication. Now he has rewritten the copied parts instead of indicating quotes. But the rewritten parts are still based on other sources.
Example from article:

I don't think this one is spam. Drupal is open source, and I found nothing that indicates dollars being required, or even asked for, for either production or requirements. Maybe I missed it, but I did hunt around the website quite a bit.

Not spam - as already noted - but plagiarised (references present but improper indication).
Because references where given I write a comment about improper indication and reported only the article but not the author. So the article (gone meanwhile) might re-appear.

He is a new user that does not know how to ask a question.
So it is not abuse. Just report as "Not an answer". Optionally post a comment directing him on how to ask a question.
However, the solutions are gone meanwhile.
