40% people want "Clear and sane requirements and expectations from your clients, managers and customers" WTF | :WTF:

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Santa ain't gonna get you that for this Christmas. Or for the next Christmas. Or, like, ever.

The only thing I've seen remain consistent through my career is that the clients/managers/customers being unsure about what exactly is it that they want. May be not managers (to some extent, and with some exceptions). But clients. Always.

And no, it doesn't matter what methodology you use. So please don't turn this into a discussion about how agile/scrum/blah-ti-boodoo will ensure that there are clear AND sane requirements.
