Profanity is not necessary. I am just trying to help. All systems administration certifications whether it be LPIC, RHCE, VCP6-DCV or even MCSE would require that you learn some operating system debugging skills. You would be more valuable to both your customer and employer with debugging skills.

The 0xc0000005 error code is an access violation. It could be caused by an anti-virus or other third party products installed on the operating system. The 'faulting module' being MSVCR80.DLL is unusual as this is the C runtime that millions of applications use. A complete call stack would be much more useful... the module calling into the C runtime is likely the cause... but you would need the complete call stack to see the caller.

Now we have gone full circle... use a debugger... takes literally less than 5 minutes to find the exact cause.
