Last week I had an accident, broke my hand, went to hospital in Emergency. Doctor said I broke one finger, middle one, so they made the plaster and all the standard procedures took place. Later that day I was studying my X-Ray report, when I figured my ring finger was also fractured and displaced to the back. So, I got that fixed from a non-MBBS-degree holder, he did a good job.
Yesterday, last night, my thumb started to get a bit bluish and started to hurt. I rechecked my X-Ray imagery carefully to find out that my thumb had also been affected. That was the moment where I felt the pain of patients who are not treated and left over saying they are under "intensive care".
Suns of beaches didn't even bother reading the scans carefully and just applied the plaster, so-called doctors. I thought maybe it will take 5 days, now on 5th I think it's going to take a bit longer to heal. It's hard to type with just one hand. 
In the meantime, I found a new habit, 3D animation is really amazing, and can be done with my left hand tied on my chest.

Take the x-ray and cut out your hand. Cut off all fingers, except the middle one. Then send it to the doctor.
I know this is hard to do with just one hand, but I bet it's worth it.

Nah, DIY it.
just drop into the hardware store and pick up a bag of ready-mix paster
prepare plaster mix,
pull on the end of each finger/thumb to make sure straight,
dunk the whole hand in the plaster mix, raise and allow plaster to begin hardening,
repeat applications of plaster till looks solid.
best to scrape the plaster mix of the finger tips while still wet too - let some air in the other end..
optionally:
attach non-slip pads to plaster when tacky in case you feel like doing hand stands, cartwheels or other gymnastical pursuits,
or, alternatively:
attach cup holder to cast in case you want to drink (perhaps while watching other people perform gymnastics or some more meaningful sport) - can also add a peanut bowl too.

If you think of it, an doctor of medicine is someone who wants to make a living off of the misfortunes of others. Why would you want to go near them whilst vulnerable?

"Charged" simply means they are applying the law. If you're being fully pedantic, then yes, a female rape victim should be charged with extra-marital sex. Kind-of like how if all four of your tires blow out at once and you crash your vehicle, you get charged with failure to control.
Once in court, I'd fully expect any sane judge to look at the circumstances and immediately issue a non-guilty verdict. Any one that doesn't, fully deserves to be sent to whatever Hell they happen to believe in.
