Dear all,
I am an university fresh graduate, who is full of business sense and all kind of wisdom. But I am dumb in programming.
My current plan is to start up my own online shop (for selling US/ European goods) to earn Chinese money.
What should I do first? I heard something like domain, server, bababa...
May I have any suggestion?
Thank you very much.

Sense your wisdom... and dumbness... Try balance in between... Start reading...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Your first step is to find goods that you can sell that people want, at a price point that means you can buy low enough to offer at a price that people will want to pay.

I have already found a super product obtaining at very low price.
Now the next step is to have an own website displaying the information. (This is due to the special need for my product).
I have heard that from China there are super cheap domain name and web hosting (some kind of Chinese Double 11 super sales).
Have any one tried this before (now dot top)? Crazy price USD1 per domain.
And after buying what should I do?

Is anyone answering me?
It seems that the sales end tomorrow.

It is more proper to sell via my website. It looks so cheap if I do it on eBay.
Further, I would also like to learn to make website through this experience.

The U.K. gambling industry...
This kind of abuse of the word "industry" irks me somehow.
There is nothing industrious nor productive in the betting "industry".
|
|
|
|
|
'twas a major culture shock to me when I moved here and saw gambling be advertised as if it were a perfectly normal part of daily life.
Given your comment here, it probably isn't all that normal/acceptable among decent people, but the gambling "industry" would desperately like everyone to think otherwise. The adverts appear to portray sports gambling as even a "cool" thing to take part in.

I am from France originally.
I currently live in Australia and while the betting "industry" is not that big here, I have sometimes witnessed usage of the industry word for sector such as betting, real estate (resales, NOT construction), advertising and law. All of which makes me very disappointed with the current economy...

You are wrong, it is very common at all levels of society.

Which society? Oh, don't bother. I take that as your way of saying that you gamble.

It's pretty rampant here Rajesh, it's been a saying for decades that Australians would bet on two flies on a wall. For a period of time (no more than a decade or so ago) NSW was home to 25% of the worlds poker machines. Many of our governments State and Federal rely on taxes from gambling, cigarettes and alcohol. Funnily enough the first and last can still advertse but need disclaimers advising they are bad and addictive.
