Had a blood test a few weeks back, turns out I've got a massive B12 deficit.
Turns out it kind of runs in my family, so I might have it too, but on top of that I'm also a vegetarian and B12 can be found in, you guessed it, meat.
I'm often tired and cold and lack any form of energy.
There's a lot of issues you can get from a B12 deficit and with my B12 values they may become permanent (as a lack of B12 can affect the nervous system).
HOWEVER!
Now that I know what's wrong the healing can begin! 
A shot of B12 once a week for the next ten weeks from the cute doctors assistent could work miracles.
It takes about three weeks before I start to notice a difference, but I got my first shot today and I'm having a placebo effect
I really can't wait to wake up in the morning and actually feel rested for a change!
Just telling you, if I'm not online anymore after ten weeks I might be training for the next Olympics

Actually, I was planning on staying a vegetarian, but IF I now decided to go back to eating meat I'd start with a nice sparerib or meat chop 
They were my favorites when I still ate meat, 19 years ago

Go for a Sous Vide rump steak in pepper sauce!
Dauphinoise potatoes, roast tomatoes, olive bread.
Trust me on this ... you'll never eat aubergines again!

I'd agree with all of that apart from the pepper sauce.
54C for 40 mins followed by MapGas blowtorch to sear....

Think of it as "extreme seasoning"!
It does enhance the flavour, check out "steak au poivre" - I use a small amount of brandy to deglase the searing pan, then beef stock, onion powder, and cream to finish the sauce. If you crust the steak with pepper and garlic before it goes in the bag, then add all the meat juices to the sauce at the end it is a thing of gastronomic beauty.

You've persuaded me to have another go with steak au poivre - I'd given it up since switching to sous-vide because the steak was so good it didn't seem to need or want spicy sauces.

No, I'm not going to blast veganism and tell you to eat a liver sausage.
There are no animals nor plants that are able to synthesize vitamin B12, only bacteria (and archaea what ever that is).
The growing vitamin B12 deficiency in the western world (yes, India with it's large vegetarian population isn't having this deficit at the same level) is probably because of our increasingly sterile environment.
So dump the shots, eat a spoon of dirt instead.
Much less of a joke than originally intended.

I had the same problem, but when I got the B12 shots it made my skin really bad for a while (until my body got "used to it" or something), or at least that's what I blame because it coincided and nothing else changed that might cause it. No change for you?
