You can't condemn / attack an entire religion / people on the actions of a (relative) few.
It's the individuals that misuse the religion to get whatever they want, chaos, money, power, ...
It's those individuals we need to find and stop.
Every religion has it's radicals, yes at the moment the islam has the worst one's (maybe), but that doesn't mean that every moslim is bad.

I reply only to this affirmation, as I don't agree with the proposed solution but this sentence always catches my attention.
I (and I speak only for myself) wish not to be better than them. I wish to be able to go on with my life without the fear of an idiot coming to kill as much as he/she can without even the self-preservation instinct that every animal possess.

There are no moderate Muslims.
There are only cowardly Muslims who keep their mouths shut when they hear hate speech about infidels, because they know they would be killed before the infidels if they should object.
So, bomb Islam's shrines to tell them that if they don't protest against hate speech/actions by fellow Muslims, there wouldn't be a Mecca for them to,turn towards, come prayer time.
I would go further. Give Muslims the same treatment Saudi Arabia gives non/Muslims: no mosques should be allowed and no gathering in private for worship either. They could live in the West exactly like minorities in Saudi Arabia live.
And off with their hands for stealing. If they want Sharia, they get Sharia in full force. Even if they don't want Sharia, they should get Sharia.

You can be upset with what goes on in the US - but Obama didn't let the Koreans go nuclear. It took the money-hungry EU to close their eyes to Iran. And the GOP controlled House and Senate to make the last eight years the so amazingly unproductive.

If you had been paying attention you would have noticed that I said it doesn't matter who's in charge, the American people are NOT what's important to politicians. They don't pass laws for the benefit of their constituents - they do it to gain more power and money at the EXPENSE of said constituents.
What happened with past presidents really is out of context. The one in charge right now is the one that's screwing the pooch, so that's the one I'm concentrating on. When the next president does something stupid, I'll harp on that as well.

I just have in my mind a list of western "leaders", following 9/11, being apologists for Islam. All with the basic "Don't blame them all" speech. What we should have been hearing is from them, instead, saying "Don't blame us all". Certainly of late, there's been a flavor to your posts (true of us all) that flavors my interpretation of the above. I'll try to be more single-post oriented.

I've a long gun. A few extra clips, too, but only eight rounds/each.
Your reply is very much in character - turning to the guns. That's OK as it's important to you. The questions is, at least implicitly, is gun control punishment?
Years ago, in Chicago, I bought a revolver. There was a three-day waiting period before I could pick it up. That, I feel, is a good thing: no one should need a gun "NOW!". If you don't cool off in three days you'd find some way to do something, anyway. For a normal purchaser, it's not problem. But how far should this go?
Background checks are pointless if there's a legal loophole. Similarly, not allowing ownership of every type of available weapon is not a unconstitutional burden on honest people. I really wouldn't want a lot of people I know to have an RPG at their disposal. Imagine the fun during road-rage!
But, if you concede that there should be some limitations on weapons available to the public (just think how stupid users of your applications are and you know why), you have to decide where that line is. That is (should be) the real discussion. In at least two other countries (Canada, Israel), gun possession/ownership exceeds that of the USA, per capita, so it's not the guns. It's the owners.
And that's the problem. No one running for office has proposed 'taking your guns away' - that's not in the power of any president.
The thing is, there are two problems.
(1) People who want regulations without thinking them through.
(2) People who want to prevent any regulations without thinking it through
Get rid of the above two problems and good gun laws could be made that protect OUR rights and still manage to prevent the ease of creating disasters. But this requires thinking and so the fight will continue and the body count will, as well.

Horribly, I had foreseen this method of attack over a decade ago - only it was executed in the form of a coordinated effort (rental trucks all over a country, small towns and large, creating serious nation-wide fear). Probably this is already on the horizon.
There are others such possibilities - but like the above, I do not 'share' lest I plant a seed in someones mind.
The driver is dead (I'm waiting for the Swiss minister of foreign affairs to call this an extra-judicial execution). They'll find another - or, noting the success, a small army of them.
The real question for the West is - what needs to be done to motivate them to stop killing innocent people at random. Then, don't blink . . . just do it.

When you find out who the perpetrator is, find every member of his/her family, and kill them all - loudly and with prejudice. Oddly, I've suggest the effectiveness of that reply to terrorism for years. I'm not sure I can actually advocate it - but if the end-justifies-the-means it's quite a winner.
My inspiration: Israeli bulldozing of homes of terrorists. That way the sc^mbags that dance and give out candy when innocent people are murdered had to consider that their family would pay a price. My note was that if entire families were killed once or twice, the number of martyrs would decline significantly. Saving many lives in the long run - and importantly - lives of innocents.

I have VStudio Community 2015 on a VM.
In the recent past I developed my ASP.NET MVC-based web site and components in Community 2015 and I've written articles here on those projects.
It's been a few weeks and I just opened VStudio 2015 on that machine to create a new MVC project and there is no choice anywhere in the projects to create an MVC project.
I cannot find it.
I googled and found the stackoverflow (below)and have tried all these things and nothing.
I'm uninstalling the Web Developer Tools and I'll install them again and see if it works.
Crazy, Microsoft. Crazy.
