But the mystery down-votes are of course more annoying, especially when it happens a minute after you post your answer.

Have just (had to) update / upgrade to the above version...
1. All previously set security settings had to be redone (I hope I've got them all)
2. All the Bull*hit apps that were currently deactivated / de-installed had to be de-installed (again)
3. Some apps are no longer de-installable, can only be deactivated
4. Some previously set GPO's (I'm on a domain) no longer work...
I predict that Win7 will be used up to and until it really is EOL. Hopefully MS will realise that the whole Win10 upgrade / update policy is a dead end and that users do not want a windowed google OS malware / spyware...

I did a clean install on several computers with the 10586 ISO file burnt to a DVD and have not had noteworthy issues. However, none of these machines were on a domain. All were home computers. Of course, doing a clean install means all old settings are gone.
