I await your list of the 5 to 10 best female vocalists of the past 20 years so that we have an idea of what your baseline for comparison is.
I am not a number. I am a ... no, wait!

I wasn't using a baseline, merely listening to the Youtube video. I must admit I did not listen to the whole thing, half a minute was more than enough.

Ah. The Grumpy Old Man setting!
It would still be interesting to know to whom you would listen for more than 30 seconds. Actually, hold that thought, let's ask everybody. There's not been nearly enough dissent and flamethrowing this week!

Here are a few in no particular order:
Debbie Harry (Blondie)
Enya
Emma Kirkby
Jacqui Abbott (The Beautiful South)
Joan Baez
Maria Callas
Norma Waterson

Much as I hate to agree with you on anything, I'm gonna have to concede that yours is the more accurate assessment here!

Did you... Did you just give me a COMPLIMENT!?
Please don't do this too often, I might feel guilty about not liking you!
Thanks man!

Could you distill that for me a bit, and also include the recipe for what you are drinking.
thanks, Bill
«There is a spectrum, from "clearly desirable behaviour," to "possibly dodgy behavior that still makes some sense," to "clearly undesirable behavior." We try to make the latter into warnings or, better, errors. But stuff that is in the middle category you don’t want to restrict unless there is a clear way to work around it.» Eric Lippert, May 14, 2008

In my opinion, this is catchy tune, and I do like dance music, but when you read the lyrics, they read as though an idiot wrote them. Gawd, I hope Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta is not an idiot.

Not at all. All those clever references to classic cinema. Genius!

Currently, playing anything with Girly B results in the device being confiscated. Lady [or Lord if you believe the trash papers] Gaga is veering towards the banned list not for any artistic problems but because I'm sick to death of it. Milly Cyrus and some other bee-atch who's name I've thankfully forgotten are on restricted listening - more than two songs and I start to boil.
Ack Duck are, of course, welcome and openly encouraged. \m/

If it helps, this clue would appear in the Down column if it was in a proper crossword.
