It's a fact that vitamin D is created by sunlight in our skins. Google it if you want to confirm.
And: The term "vitamin" is usually reserved for essential nutrients that the body cannot synthesize, or in the case of vitamins like niacin, not in sufficient quantities. You have to get it from foods, or in the case of D, mainly from sunlight or enriched milk. Feel free to research this if you don't believe me. Smile | :)
