Way to go with a disproportionate analogy. That escalated very quickly. Given the same circumstances as in this thread, would I do it again. Definitely and without hesitation - armchair quarterbacks notwithstanding.

I did have a look at the link again and followed it all the way through and to my surprise discovered that it's actually an app - it's not satirical in nature.
There is an app that allows you to save files to your home computer - seriously! No wonder I thought it was satirical!
It was in fact spam - my bad!

Not bad enough that the Panthers played like a bunch of tailor's dummies operated with knotted up strings pulled by blindfolded children or that their offensive co-ordinator's play calling was indeed offensive, nay outrageously stupid, I had to listen to bloody Coldplay at half-time. Four hours (four wee small hours to boot) that I shall never get back.

It was something that the Americans call "football", where the ball is never allowed to touch anyone's foot. The rules being:
- stand around for 10 minutes
- throw the ball around for 10 seconds
- jump up and down shouting "touchdown" with the ball held high above the head
- repeat for four hours
- stand around for a further ten minutes looking at the clock
- declare someone the winner

I watched a superbowl live some years ago (when the Broncos also won), but I don't remember any kicking; unless it was of the opposition.
