I've not reported the author. I foget to ask for others views as i was in hurry while i posted this. Sorry for that. I took this issue here because we recently blocked an account which was poiting to the same site and thought this as related.

I don't see why this is spam. Yes, it does link to a commercial application in the Background section, but does that make it spam? The author only posted a list of providers that is tool looks for, and that commercial one is just one of them.
