Give the guy a break. It's not like it's the first time it's happened. Australia's Next Top Model did the same 5 years ago and UK announced the wrong Eurovision Song Contest candidate some years before to name just two. And it looks like he just read what was on the teleprompter so it may not even be his fault at all.

I do some ASP.NET MVC dev and web services at times and today I stumbled upon this great book by K. Scott Allen about HTTP.
I have a Kindle so it's free to read which is really nice.
Technical Writing Brilliance
Anyways, the book is a great example of what technical writing should be:
1. lead you into the technology
2. provide specific details of the technology but don't blather
3. short (correct length -- explain it and get out)
4. inexpensive
If you do any web dev you should check it out.

Thanks, just bought a Kindle copy, for a decent USD6. Looks like a great read; I think most of us just use HTTP, without knowing enough of the actual workings, then we get stuck pouring over some RFP for hours of trial and error when there is a more technical than usual problem.

I'm not sure wheter the Google/Leo Translation reflects all of the issues with their translatation of "Rechtsschutzversicherung" ==? "Legal expenses insurance".
What does a "Legal expenses insurance" really helps?
Assume, two parties have an incident, both are insured with the same insurance Company. How does a "insurance Company" now handle this ....?

Well, afaik a "Rechtsschutzversicherung" pays for (some of) the expenses you have if there is some kind of legal issue and you need a lawyer. At least that's what we were told by our insurance guygal ...
