Scrum/Agile/Whatever is like any other flavour-of-the-month ... any team that does it well would have done it well anyway, whatever the methodology.

So I've had no internet at home for nearly two weeks after Virgin Media "upgraded" me for "free" to 150mbps. I have had four modems and three "Engineer" visits or technicians as they call them. Today I just got this by email.
