It's not even funny how often they change their freemium model just to get people in. Free starter edition, free indie eddition, free to develop but pay to deploy... Something new every couple of month... Why get hooked in just to have a rug pulled from under you by another creative marketer couple of month down the road. Just brush up on your C++ and go with cocos2dx - it's free. Period.

How are developers using JavaScript Does not include any question like, "How often do you swear at JavaScript daily?"

52% use sublime and only 7% use NPP
Nothing mentioned about Mozilla/Firefox or Chrome.
Is it me or the survey is somewhat skewed up?

Sublime's popularity doesn't surprise me much either. I've used it a few times, and really liked it. My only major complaint is that the nagware's annoying and $70 is rather more than I want to pay for a text editor.

That question was removed after attempting to tabulate the results triggered an overflow and returned an error.
