And one should not just throw the answer just after CCC or FSOW get posted, either
That's the long awaited CCC, and within 3 minutes it gets answered, spoiling all the fun we've had otherwise

Agreed for once I had the answer, I was so pleased with myself that there was no way I wasn't posting ASAP.
If we aren't allowed to answer then this will turn into MQOTD.

The post of me that got referred to was about editing your post, if you post it in a new post either than editing your first its better visible who was first.

I saw pkfox's answer first (the right one).
After a while I refreshed the page and then appeared Display name Taken's answer.
In case you need "Witness"

Just because I can now join the "guessing the answer" club, doesn't mean I'm ready to join the "posting a clue" club.

And yet you complain that the CCC here is a bit of a private club just for three or four members.
You have just been Sharapova'd.

This one was very easy though, so I still stand by my earlier statement.

Strongly AGREE.
But AGREE has just 5 characters, I'm afraid that it would not be considered by the private members

I'm very apprehensive about setting tomorrows clue

Trying to remove McAfee from a friends lappy after upgrading, resetting, and upgrading again to win 10.
And it should be easy, according to McAfee site (hah! Heard that before!)
Just go to "Add and Remove Programs" in "Settings" and take it out.
So...Windows 10. "Windows button", "Settings" - don't see it, so I'll search, using the Settings search box...
Search "add" - "No results for add"
Search "Add" - "No results for Add"
Search "uni" (as the beginning of "uninstall") - and the first result is "Add or remove programs"...
So...it's a search that only finds things if you look for completely different text? That's a bit surreal, even for MS!
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

"Settings" is third from the bottom on the Desktop menu. Click on the logo at bottom left, you can't miss it. Unless your mate is running the Welsh Ffenestri version.

|
|
|
|
That's what I did - but it's the search results that are ... um ... a touch inconsistent...

Searching for items has never been Windows or Microsoft's strong site, just look at Bing. I remembered the first time I used that, and Search up MSDN, the first link was to a site with pictures of naked girls.

Well to be fair, most Google searches are probably trying to find those pictures, so maybe they were just anticipating demand?

Yeah, statistically its probably the correct result for male searchers regardless of the search words.
