Welcome to the 5 'o clock news.

A series of riots broke out yesterday in Silicon Valley after Johnson beat Smith in a programming competition.
Outraged fans of Smith went out on the streets and left a trail of destruction.
Cars were burned and windows were smashed, the damage is said to be in the millions.
Five people have been arrested of which two were released this morning.

This has been the third incident related to programming competitions.
Organizations such as IETF, W3C and IEEE and companies such as Google, Facebook and Microsoft are working together with the police to prevent such incidents in the future.
Today protesters have been handing out pamphlets saying "F5 - crash software, not streets".
These protesters say the police isn't doing enough to solve these 'real life bugs' and they've had it with these coding hooligans.

We tried to reach a police spokesperson, but no one was available for further comments.
