That'd be an interesting deal considering that Dingleberry is unix all the way down. I suppose they could start running Dingleberry Enterprise Server on an azure VM easily enough; but having to port everything on the client to a new platform would be a huge effortwaste of time. Their auto stuff is all based on the QNX OS; again full port/rewrites would be needed. Sigh | :sigh: I suppose their cache of elliptical curve crypto patents might be good for something, but IIRC most of the early patents on the process that've been blocking any widespread adoption of the method should be nearing end of life anyway.

At the end of the day, I suppose MS buying them makes more sense than a Chinese company improving its reputation in the US by buying them. Laugh | Laugh | Laugh | Laugh | Not only is Dingleberry a bad joke in the consumer market; but their largest remaining customers in the US are all TLAs for whom Chinese ownership would be the kiss of death. D'Oh! |
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Training a telescope on one’s own belly button will only reveal lint. You like that? You go right on staring at it. I prefer looking at galaxies.
