Easy to resolve, because exam papers aren't in the public demesne until after the exams are over, so they can provide him the documents after he's sat them.
What worries/bothers/annoys me is the organisation that has offered him work. They must be right shtibags if they think that such deviousness is useful behaviour.

Me, I find it gratifying that the Internet-discussion world hasn't moved on, as everyone (except a few like me) predicted it would, and that people are still exhibited shitbag behaviour like yours.

0: You think your behaviour makes people think you're important.
This is the number one misapprehension that shitbags suffer from, on the Internet -- they think people listen to them, pay attention to them, and respect them (I mean really! They do!)
1: You think you are having an effect on the forum, other members, the world.
Try to understand that nothing -- nothing -- could be further from the truth. All you have achieved by abusing the abuse system is prove that I was right! I won that bet!
Your "That'll show 'im" cr@p shows us what a dreadful person you are, nothing more.
2: You have decided that your behaviour improves the CP.
Now, this last is where we have a problem, and is the reason why I've taken a few minutes of my time to attempt to educate you (a lot less time than you'd think, because I write really fast!).
I've been kicking around newsgroups, bulletin boards, forums, etc. for literal decades.
Behaviour like yours destroys such groups, period. There is no need for further discussion on that; the empirical evidence is overwhelming. Add someone with your hateful behaviour to a group, and more people start hating, then more, then more.
Even if CP survives, it will be by becoming more like SO, with all the politics, rivalries, and internecine hatred that make it so unattractive to so many -- and, of course, with all the good people jumping ship and leaving you to your hate.
The people you attack with your abusive behaviour, though, won't be affected. We'll just move on, and find somewhere else to communicate in a civilised way with our fellow humans.
Is that clear? You don't make a good impression, you don't gain respect, you don't improve anything, and the people you try to abuse don't care and aren't affected.
The net result of your behaviour is that you are recognised as the bad-guy who breaks things that are working.
Grow up.
Look at your behaviour.
Project your behaviour onto other people; imagine them behaving the same way you do -- it's not an attractive sight, so be prepared to feel pretty damned ashamed.

But it's still tough, I smoked off and on most of my life and quit about the same time you did but I've got ~40 years into it. Plus all the construction and other things bad for you lungs, I get out of breath tying my shoes.
