All it does, IMHO, is obfuscate things. There's really no added value, as far as I can see. I see this all the time in Rails code. It's a PITA, because you have to learn all these one-off poorly named "rewrites" of the original code intentions.

The photo has been edited, I suspect. I would like to direct your attention to the big numbers toward the bottom. The image noise is clearly evident with the naked/nude/undressed eye.

I think that's JPG-artifacts. I see the same noise around every other text too. Not saying this proves the photo to be legit.
