I had written a post on Windows Phone here for Codeproject but it was not published saying it looked more of a blog.
So I've just created the blog and posted the content there.
http://techengin.blogspot.in/[^]
I beg to set the intentions straight. It's just to see if people find the reasons what I've posted there agreeable / reasonable. It's not about getting the view count there. No ads /nonsesense hosted there. For the same reason, I wish the views/opinions are shared here within Codeproject.
I just wanted to know if there are at least few here , who can understand the problem.
(I mistakenly deleted my very first post, that I just posted here before few mins. In case if you wonder where went the "windows phone" post!)

It's not addressed to me, so it would be wrong for me to read it.

To the respectable member of codeproject, Mr Mark Wallace.
I'd be totally elated to find your views on the matter I've addressed to leadership at Micorosoft.
Should be fine now, I guess.

But now I can't discuss it on CP, because it's a private message to me and the original addressee.

For safety, I loaded the link in question using my DragonSharq Web Browser (see article here on CP[^] -- yes, this is gratuitous self-promotion!)
I am in the process of reading the article at link in question but thus far it does look quite interesting.
We will see.
The link in question loaded quickly and then rendered quite nicely after doing a select all...render as HTML... in the DragonSharq Web browser.

must be!?!
Definitely is!!!
The user_agent strings are in bad need of update too so that they will represent browsers which can render HTML5 so be aware of that.
Also, the text rendering is terrible slow and I apologize for that. But it really is a nice safe web browser. Thanks for trying (if you did).

Uh, hyperbole in the utmost!
The rest are not a pile of weeds, although there is obviously a lot of rubbish in the app store.

Overall a good article.
msinherent wrote (in the article): core problem with Microsoft, I feel is - Every aspect of windows phone & Marketing looks like it’s aimed at the developers/ tech users. And not for a common everyday consumer.
Good point.
Also, like your use of the word Skeuomorphism.

It's Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus's fault for deciding to remove elephants from their shows.
