today I bought Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and installed on my desktop.
I see it has performance collection tools. Anybody use this toolset?
currently I am developing a user control that does charting stuff, would it help?

You can get VS2013 Community Edition (which is the same as the standard version of VS2013, except in its license) for free from Microsoft.
