Great idea !

But their reaction is quite poor. This a great example of how people are always fighting symptoms of problems and not root causes. Plus I do not see how the provided solution (hide the envelopes behind their desk) prevent people from using the envelopes.

Bad solution idea:
- Hide the envelopes. Needs more resources to handle people needing envelopes, hides products that are to be sold from potential customer view, and openly consider customers as potential thefts.

Better solution idea:
- Scan the items that have been posted. Maybe the thieves do not always think about removing the RFID label.
- Put RFID in the envelopes. Expensive idea, but removing the RFID would destroy the envelopes.

Best solution:
- Move the post office outside of the store. The root cause of the problem is the very possibility to outsource goods from within the store. This is a no-go.
