I've been following some courses at the Microsoft Virtual Academy lately. It's nice and relaxing just watching some video's instead of reading a book.
Anyway, I'm MVA'ing in IE since Chrome does some weird stuff with the video plugin MVA uses.
That's not so bad actually, since I'm automatically signed in to Outlook with x[at]outlook.com on Chrome and my MVA account is still on y[at]outlook.com (yes, I had y before x).
What is bad is that if you login to one Microsoft service you can't use another email to login to another Microsoft service.
I recently switched from y[at]outlook.com to x[at]outlook.com though.
Changing emails on a service isn't easy either. You need to contact the Microsoft Support staff (another service at which you must login seperately, but only using the email with which you're already logged in...).
So after a few weeks Microsoft finally moved my MVA account from y[at]outlook.com to x[at]outlook.com... Except that's not what IE believes.
I wanted to log in and it told me I'm y[at]outlook.com. Went to the Outlook site, logged out, logged in under my other email and went back to MVA... Still y[at]outlook.com and it won't allow my to change it or login under another email address! I deleted my browsing history, still y[at]outlook.com...
And this isn't the first Microsoft account I've had this problem with... Microsoft, get your profiles together!

If you insist on IE, use InPrivate mode. I have it set up as the default startup mode (add "-private" at the end of the shortcut's command line arg)--it never remembers previous sessions.

If it's as good as the last one, I'll find a drove and stay away.
Plus side:
- That god-awful Alba creature isn't in it.
Nonplus side:
- Not Marvel Studios.
- Announced proudly as coming from the "X-Men: Days of Utter Garbage" people.
- Conceptually, it doesn't look anything like the Fantastic Four -- it should be more Jetsons than Dark Knight.
- The way they keep adding "token blacks" would piss me off royally, if I were black. There'll probably be a token Chinese actress in it, too -- gotta con those minorities into handing money over at the box office, no?
- Hollywood ain't a place that gets things right the second time around.

maybe, and I see your point, but we all have the right to discriminate and where all things are otherwise equal, then trying to make up for past mistakes by trying to help can't be all bad.

That's reverse discrimination. The ability to get a job should not rest on the color of someone's skin, or perceived wrongs impressed upon that person by imagined oppressors. In short, what you said is a crock of sh|t.

Probably you're right that it's a crock of shiite. But the oppression that black people have suffered (and to some degree still suffer) is hardly imaginary.
Granted, what I've described something I wouldn't do necessarily. But when given the choice between two equally talented people, one white, one minority and they both fit the part equally, then I guess it comes down to who you like better, I suppose, on a personal level. It becomes more personal I guess...

That had nothing whatsoever to do with Judge Dredd. It was essentially a poor remake of The Raid[^].
