Unlike you, I have not abused the voting system.
I have used it to report abusive behaviour, not as a means of disagreeing with other members' opinions.
I was not aware of the connection you imply between your African religion and porn sites -- but I am not interested, and do not wish to discuss it, so don't bother taking it to the soapbox.

Mark_Wallace wrote: Unlike you, I have not abused the voting system. When you make a nonsensical post and someone asks if your high, that's not abuse. Plain and simple. So, yes, you marked it as abuse therefore you abused the system.
Mark_Wallace wrote: between your African religion There you go being abusive again. And more nonsensical stuff.

You are a Christian. Christianity is an African religion.
If it is your opinion that Christianity is not an African religion, I suggest you get an atlas, and look up the places named in your bible, because such an opinion is provably and incontestably wrong.
If you think that it's right to call me abusive for speaking an obvious and incontrovertible truth, then I'd say it's likely that the wrong person was accused of being under the influence of illegal substances.

OK buddy.

Meh.
I've just grown blind to signatures, and carry on happily with my life. This is a coding site, and I'm not going to summarily dismiss someone whose political viewpoints I don't necessarily agree with. Certainly not when it wasn't even the point of the thread he started.

Quite right.
Advertising isn't allowed, either, but plenty of people put links to their web-sites in their sigs.
The followers of African religions don't complain about that, so their "Oh, it's not allowed!" is just an excuse for denying people's right to have opinions contrary to theirs.
But the main point is that abusing the voting system in this way is harmful to CP, and their defence of it opens the door to even more trollish behaviour.

Indeed, speaking as a guy, I always have at least one distraction at hand.

But some distractions are better in pairs.

Do I need a Mac to do Android development?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is

Let me answer that question by asking a question... how big is the Mac in question?

Err no. It's not as though Android runs on iOS devices.

No.

No. If you want to develop for Iphone or ipad you will, and have to pay for a dev account

Certainly not. I do Android stuff on Windows using IntelliJ.
Not that it matters, but I don't even do Ruby on Rails development in *nix.

Kevin Marois wrote: Do I need a Mac to do Android development? No. The popular (and free) Android IDEs (Eclipse, Android Studio) as well as the emulators run identically on both Win and Mac. If you were to use Xamarin, you could use either a Mac or Win box, unless you choose to use VStudio, in which case you'd need to run Windows.
