These spam messages[^] still need a good kicking.
They might look empty, but if you view the source, they're full of empty <a> tags pointing to spam sites.

Patience, procastrination and a spoonful of OCD 
It started with the normal spam detection of one message a time, then I saw repeating words, i searched them and got several spammers. Again I searched new repeating words and got some more and so on so forth. Basically I get a lead, follow the trail, get other leads, follow the trails... building a DB of spam and spammers. Every day then I report some blocks of 30-40 spammers until the DB is empty - rigth now I have 501 more spammers to report.

The best way as I understood is this one, reporting from users and deleting the spammers. Also my DB is actually a long text file with the message ready with the HTML code, obtained copy-pasting the link in the "New Discussion" from and extracting the formatted line. Also not all the lines are equal, some spammers have private forums, others have so many spam messages that I linked the search page while other have only 2 that I put in the same line, so automatically processing it is tough.
Also it helps the user review - I listed more than 1000 spammers and many more spam messages, it is not unlikely that I made mistakes reporting good users with dubious messages. It already happened once or twice 
The only reason I chunk the DB and post it day by day is to not prevent the normal functionality of the Spam&Abuse section with several messages head-to-toe, and maintaining a single post of 400+ lines is unthinkable.
Your idea is good though, but it has never been done before nor it was never asked. This is for sure the safer way, even if it is slow.

I don't think the first one (bilalali) is actually a spammer, if you look at his/her posts.

I felt the same. But his posts were in Moderation queue and are spam.

Yes, you are right actually. It was by mistake. The post in moderation was not a spam, but was "not a question". I was deleting all the spams and it got deleted in that flow. Sorry.
This was the post - How to create this list in c#[^].
I will be careful next time. However, the post does not make any sense.
