How an article makes into the final voting list? (It is obvious not all get to there)

The first thing is that an article must match all the voting criteria. If it doesn't, then it's not going to get in there. Assuming there are more matching articles, then it comes down to the judges decision.

We got Chromecast a while back also and I've been doing NetFlix for a couple of weeks now.
I usually don't watch soaps but just got done with Grey's Anatomy and because there were no commercials and no wait I went through 10 seasons.
