It seems to me cumbersome to an extent that make it useless for normally able people, however this kind of development can be very important to people with accessibility problems (I know someone who uses his computer by moving his eyeball - the only thing he can move!)...

Reading the original thread you linked to I see most replies being either encouraging or giving constructive feedback, and one offhand dismissal from a poster who mistrusts every technological advance of the last 30 years.
I don't think that counts as a brutal thrashing.

That isn't a brutal thrashing. I thought it was good feedback.
Gesture clearly will have a place in the future, no doubt, but will it ever replace mouse and keyboard? Not likely.

This is great on a tablet when using it while cooking : just wave to get on page 2 of the recipe instead of putting your dirty hands on the tablet (or having to wash them before).

Ever tried kneading dough without getting messy hands, wrapping chicken in bacon or even just slicing an onion?
Now if it's KD or beans on toast, I'd agree!

You can do that with android already.

"Gestapo" was the synonym for the secret service in the Nazi-era in Germany. So it may not the best choice.

I can't watch YT videos at work, but history has shown us that visionaries are often ridiculed by the general populous. So, I wouldn't sweat it too much.

Not one mention, that I can find, of 2015 is the palindromic binary of 11111011111.

Not in Hex, it isn't: 0010 0000 0001 0101

That's not hex. That's Binary Coded Decimal.

0x2015 is as much hex as 0xFD3E
Just because a number doesn't contain A-F doesn't stop it being a hexadecimal number.

If you meant hexadecimal why didn't you prefix it with 0x like you did in the last one.
Anyway, you should stop trying to "fix it". It was disappointing initially but now is becoming sad.

Because that would have the "joke", such as it was.

Um...what? Who said anything about letters? Your example wasn't hex because it was a sequence of decimal digits in binary form, having nothing whatsoever to do with hex.
On the plus side, it is confirmed that we are truly geeks after all, since we're getting militantly pedantic over a bit of silliness. Silliness must make sense, damn it.

Two months?
Two whole months it took you to come up with that?
When you want to insult people, you have to work on a couple of things: a meme or theme for other insults; or something that will really hurt the victim; and most importantly: timing.
A couple of hours you can get away with - particularly on an international forum where people might be asleep - but two days is too long, two weeks is stupid, and two months means they don't remember the conversation at all, or indeed who you even are...
And trying to insult someone by using "irrelevancy" in the Lounge, where 99% of all posted material is wholly irrelevant anyway? Oh dear...that's never going to work.
So start again, try to be a bit quicker; maybe work in a physical defect related comment; work with existing memes (for Nagy or MM that would be alcohol consumption, for me most relate to supposed bestiality - but try to avoid any racial or sexual slurs, they don't go down well); try to work in a topical cultural or a literary reference.
Give it a go, and with practice you might be able to insult someone properly!
