In the past maybe, but not any more. Looks like a subset of the Commonwealth nations have the queen as head of state.

Talking of English and its modern usage I had a meeting with some Indians and one of them used the word 'upgradation' which is a most awful use of English.

I doubt that there would be much resentment towards Liz II, because she's an amazing woman.
Once Charlie the Idiot takes over, though, I imagine that countries will be petitioning to leave the commonwealth in droves.

Now I do not normally care too much about the latest smart phone, however I recently decided to look for an older model. Looked on Thursday last week and decided to think about it.
So I went to the store yesterday. Wow, people out the door. I was told the new iPhone came out.
What do I care?
So I guess I will stick with my "dumb" phone for a while.

Older iPhones are basically free with a 2 year contract with most major wireless providers in the country. Buying it online through sites like Amazon may get you better deals (like cash back or gift cards).
