Canada could dump Quebec.
The USA could dump much of the deep south and other states who receive more from the Federal government than they pay in taxes.

Being from the deep south (Louisiana) I'd have to disagree. Sure, we're lazy. And, most of us aren't educated. But let's face it, when it's time to live it up and party like there's no tomorrow people don't talk about North Dakota.
