I don't take it to the soapbox because the purpose of the post isn't to have a serious discussion.
The purpose of the post is to spawn jokes.

Liars is not the right term. "Agendaists" -- people who say things based on their agenda, which may be true or false (mostly false though)

You're missing the key point. Both govts are made up of politicians; meaning they're liars by definition.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

It's actually fairly simple. It depends on the issue at hand:
1) Islam vs Not-Islam - USA and Iran are not friendly
2) Arabs behaving badly - USA and Iran are friendly

This is where I get lost as I thought Iran was Arabs gone wild.

Oh my. Iran is not Arab. Persian, if you will, though that really only accounted for one province and the Greeks messed up the name, anyway.

I am looking for a freeware package that will let me create my own UML diagrams.
Checking SnapFiles, FreewareHome, and MajorGeeks, as well as asking Google, Yahoo, and Bing for their suggestions, these were my quick results...
- "Dia" Looks like the best
- "Altova" - Did not like it
- "Visual Paradigm" - Did not like it
- "Violet" - Looked interesting.
Is "Dia" the best freeware UML generator for the time being ?
I welcome feedback from those who really know UML well

The problem is, a product with good features is not always free.
You have to adjust with available products.

Hey Peter,
Nope - I'm with the communication support group. My new position will include a lot of IT-related stuff, since I will be responsible to keep the servers and applications running, in the rank of a Sergeant and later a Sergeant Major.

Hey Rage,
good to hear from you. I'm currently at a Sergeant training, and just got two days off for the last weekend (the first two free days for two weeks). My position later will include Win/Linux server and application maintenance including user training, and is therefore not far away from what I used to do before I joined army. It seemingly attracts morons, and I feel like I know all of them. I still do work at my Springlog Project (in the spare free time I get) and started writing a new article yesterday.
And that's how my life will look like until April.
What have you been up to?

That is great. Military service in France was something like moving a sand heap from one location to another, and then bring it back where it was. Or repaint buildings.

I'm with the Airforce. We just blow the sand heaps away, we don't have any better use for our helicopters anyways
