The ability of understanding. Being able to 'learn' and understand ANY thing. From languages (including but not limited to spoken, body, computer, and structural languages). TO be able to understand something and then harness it would in the end fall in the category of all powers etc, but I think it is legit in a way. 
If not and I have to choose one from comics then I will take any of these[¢] (Especially Crazy Jane with her sixty-four multiple personalities, each with its own set of superpowers.)

Definitely (long range) teleportation.
Once you can do that, nothing else really matters much.
Kinda like that movie Jumper, but not as horrible. Sorry, even Samuel L. Jackson and Jamie Bell couldn't save that film, though they sure did try.

99% of the nuts-n-bolts stuff is done, and the car has almost all of the electrical done that's necessary to start the car. We're hoping for a Tuesday or Wednesday start. Video will be available.

don't forget to put oil in it (and before any comments this is a very common mistake when using a new engine/gearbox even by professionals)

You should put this stuff on your YouTube channel, if you have one. I'm sure there are a lot of DIY enthusiasts out there that would find this interesting. Just a thought.

I'm not sure. Work isn't all fun and games, but neither is sitting at home and partying all day...
At least work makes you feel kind of useful.
I'd probably work less though.
And travel more.

Infinite money?
Buy everything that is even remotely for sale. Stuff, real estate, corporations, entire countries, even people.
Then be a Benevolent* Dictator for Life over everything I own, which would be almost everything on Earth and some stuff out in space too.

And maybe write some code in my spare time.
