The .clw file is gone, and, apparently, with it the ability to rebuild it. But maybe you can find some help on MSDN: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/6761383e%28v=vs.100%29.aspx[^]

Regarding classes not showing, maybe this will help. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4883229/mfc-vs-2010-class-wizard-doesnt-show-the-class-names-for-the-dialog-boxes[^]
