Nope - I linked to at least two plagiarised locations in my comments on his first article. To be honest, it got tedious identifying all the different locations he stole content from.

I agree with you. Still, I think it's unfair that people are allowed to judge your work poorly without justifying it.
As you can see in this forum, I had similar troubles in other articles, but the throller used really nasty language so it was easy to remove the vote. In this case, the throller was smarter, he or she voted the article badly putting no justification at all, making it harder to have his or her damage removed.

It should be no possible to vote one without a reason, and non-sense reasons can be taken as trolling, hence reportable.

I tried to explain him what wrong with it and ready to give him a second chance...
However - in our time frame - we should report his answers that are not answers (and a lot of them only a comment really)...

He has already been warned before i think. Out of 50, 37 self accepted answers? And non accepted ones are also to his own questions. I don't think he deserves the chance. This is clear case of Abuse IMHO.
