There are many ways to do it, most only require an ill fated click of the mouse.
Or like one i seen recently where if you right click to copy some source code for a cool admin script it actually downloads a program in the background an runs it.

This is why you have UAC, firewalls, etc and why you shouldn't go clicking on stuff on the net.
