Indeed it is frustrating to see that information that I think can be very useful to others to understand what is going on within the ASP.NET MVC process is down voted, especially when I personally didn't feel that I did something wrong with the posting. Getting an email saying: Quote: This item's quality is too poor to be published.
,made me say W** , I stated clearly that I wanted this under the Tip / Trick subject and the post was very clear about the topic and what information to expect.
It's fine with me when CP doesn't want these type of tips but I think that the .PDF poster with a graphic representation of the ASP.NET MVC process is a standard way of presenting information.

I can see exactly why you may wish to post this to help others. I did not see your submission so I don't know in what form it was presented. However a very common response to posters in the Q&A is "Have you tried Google". If it is something which a simple Google search brings up why add it here? A tip I would have thought adds something new.

Because we don't always searching for things. It's good to browse, to learn stuff about things that we may not have an immediate need for but that helps widen our knowledge.
The point of it being a tip is that it's a recommendation, and that adds value.

I think the votes were probably correct (my opinionated view), although I would probably have ignored the post since it's on a subject that I know nothing about. Having said that, a link to that document does not really explain anything, and since it is already published on the internet it is easy for anyone else to find. Tips and tricks are supposed to be explanations (generally with code) of things that cannor be found elsewhere.

I'd suggest that pretty much anything on this website can be found in a similar form elsewhere. It's just an almighty refactoring of knowledge already known.
And I can't see why a pointer to a good article needs to be removed when someone recommends it as a tip, for that's exactly what it is.

In much the way that we have an article that's available for anyone to edit about useful programming books, perhaps you could have created a reference article of useful reference links. Make it editable by the community and it could become a valuable resource. If I were doing this, I'd put headings for the areas the links are about, e.g. ASP.NET MVC, and then have a table containing a brief description of the problem being solved and a link to the item you're referencing.

A hyperlink is not a tip, nor an article. If it's not news, then you'd best post it on Twatter. EVERY article here on CP could potentially be posted as an 'interesting hyperlink'. People don't come here for interesting links, they use Google for that.

My cat when I was 9 is a white cat with orange (or darker) spots all over her body.
I also have a dog before. She's pure brown (lighter). Even her nose and color of her eyes are brown.
Is it normal?

I have a black lab pup of 10 months old who displayed OCD qualities taking a toy in her mouth then pacing back and forth before me or between my wife and I if we are both there. Reaching out to touch us once as she passes each time.
Over and over and over in a figure 8 obsession.
She also can bring about temporary blindness with her farts.

My cat likes to bring his cat ball to me while I sleep. And if I don't play with him immediately, he just climb on me and he is 5.7kgs already. If this doesn't work he starts to fawn in my face. Such adorable animal.

We had one cat who was as thick as thick could be. He literally could only concentrate on one thing at a time.
He got an itch, so he stopped walking; up came the back leg, and "scritch-scritch-scritch" behind his ear - as they do. While this was in progress a fly buzzed past him and he thought "I'll have that!" and tried to run-and-pounce. Forgetting that one leg was up in the air going "scritch-scritch-scritch" he attempted to charge - and promptly fell over, still scritching.He was desperate to mate with our female cat and tried loads of times, but never quite got it right - he would bite the base of her tail and sling his leg over the wrong end. This never went well...
One day he sussed it out: the teeth were in the scruff of her neck, the legs were in the right place, he was so excited! Then a fly buzzed past him, and he thought "I'll have that!" When there is a bird or cat in our back garden the dog starts going nuts at the back door to be let out to get it.
A couple of weeks ago he was released, went charging down the garden after a cat that hopped up the fence out of his way.
When he hit the fence head first his head went straight through the panel and he stood there, head outside our garden, looking left and right trying to work out where the cat had gone.
