Not the VPN password, but the login password in the domain that I'm VPN'd into.
Company A and B are both "operating companies" of parent company D.
I work for company A but my office is located in the facility of company B.
(My group used to be part of company B but D transferred the group to company A.)
My computer's normal state is to login to the domain of company B in their "internal" network.
Often I need to access the "internal" network of company A (submit vacation time, record training, etc.) so I VPN into the company A domain.
When my password expires in the company A domain, currently I cannot change it myself, I'm required to call IT to have them reset my password.
I'd like to be able to do the equivalent of the Ctrl-Alt-Del Change Password, but for the company A domain when I'm VPN'd to it.

I'm working in such an environment. I have VPN (Cisco) and after that RDP. While connected I press Ctrl+Alt+End and that brings me the option to change password. But I'm local and domain administrator so it may be the reason. I'm using Windows 7...

Yup, Cisco here also.
Win 7 logged in to "company B" domain/user.
VPN to "company A" domain.
Ctrl-Alt-Del gives option to change "company B" domain/user's password.
Nothing appears to reference "company A" domain/user.

Wow. That means your IT department sucks!
You have a problem. Since you can't login to the domain because it "fails to find a logon server", that means you can't see any domain controllers over your VPN connection. That means you have no way at all of changing your domain password over VPN.
There's nothing you can do about it except scream at your IT department.

Might note as well that if it is the first case and you figured out how to do it yourself and then did it are you secure enough in your organization that you wouldn't get reprimanded or even fired?
Another approach might be to approach someone who job is specifically directed towards security and you might mention to them that this arrangement means that there is no way to insure that a login assigned to you is being used by you. As such any security audit either driven internally or even by external sources might reveal this to the determent of the company. Again though this depends on your position and the company since, for example, if the IT manager is also the security manager he might be less than thrilled to get this information.

It could be anywhere in there. There will be a stack trace that shows the line the error occurs on.

Would you mind specifying on what line the error is thrown?? If not, nobody is going to help you.
The problem is simple really. You're assuming an object came back from either a method call or from some collection. You failed to check to see if the returned object is null before attempting to use it. Basically, you assumed the object would be there, and it's not.

hit a break point in starting of the code, and step over your code one by one, and see which line is throwing exception. and let me know, so that if anything needs to be correct in it.

I can see that methods in Math class are kind of independent from each other, any other reason you know?

You only need one math-class, and having it static makes it faster by eliminating the lookup for the correct object.
Now, the "static" keyword is not there to prevent inheritance; it's there to make sure that there's only one instance of the class (a singleton). The sealed-keyword is there to prevent inheritance.
Application is a special object, containing MarshallByRefObject's - I guess that's the reason why it's not simply a static class.

I'd say that's an too easy answer; only the method needs to be static to get that particular behaviour. The class doesn't need be static nor sealed. Or, in other words, item C already does what you say, without A or B being considered.

In .NET 1.0 / 1.1, both the System.Math[^] and System.Windows.Forms.Application[^] classes were sealed with a private constructor.
When static classes were introduced in .NET 2.0, the Math class was updated to take advantage of this new construct, but it looks like the System.Windows.Forms.Application wasn't.
Looking at the source[^], the class doesn't have any instance members, and is never instantiated, so it would have made sense to change it to a static class. However, this change wouldn't make any significant difference, so it's unlikely that it will ever be changed.
