I suspect it's less "plagiarised" and more "written by an employee" - it's a commercial product, and he is publicising it via the articles.
But in this case I don't think it's spam either: it appears to have a free version that just doesn't get support.
I'll let it pass myself.

While I agree with Griff I think that the type can be changed to blog because the articles are copies of existing blogs.
