is a repost of the existing article iOS Soap Webservice Calling and Parsing the Response[^].

The user account of the original article is inactive. While the account names are similar, it can't be proved that the repost is from the same person. So I decided for me to report the article as plagiarised without reporting the user. If it is the same person, he might want to re-activate his old account to get the chance to edit his article.

I don't think it's spam - but given that he was only one of three authors of the 2007 original, I'd consider it plagiarised to claim it as "his own work".
