To be honest I have not deep-checked the article, but the snippet you posted here and the fact that are no quote-blocks and no reference links to the sources but he does have "for more info check my other article XXX" with links...
On the other hand, he has written (at least in what I checked) quite text himself, so it is a messy mix.
I would say, we should give him a very serious warning and a deadline to correct all his doubtfull articles and tips.
If not done... then clean up

Oh, it wasn't the same avatar picture, it's just the use of a female name and "look-at-this-boys" picture that it's unlikely that any real female in the industry would want to use: it's hard enough for women to be taken seriously in this business without pandering to sexual stereotypes right from the off.
I'd suggest you ask Alison, but that might not be a good idea...
