Glad to help, but I am kind of disappointed. I was banking on the radioactive hamster bite thing and was going to have Hamster-Man T-shirts made. I already had a general idea for my costume.

It seems I got some upvotes on an article, but I don't see extra votes under my article's title.
They were 13 before I went to bed yesterday, I can see in my rep history I got an upvote while I was asleep, but I still only got 13 votes.
I might miss some votes from last evening as well, but I'm not sure.
It also seems that the reputationer does not show the rep increase I got (not sure if I did get them on my CP rep).
I already noticed this before when I just posted my article. The view count of my article did not go up, etc.
This is the article: Querying SQL Server 2012: Part I[^].
I am using Chrome, although I don't think that's the problem.
EDIT:
I just noticed my article overview shows that my article has 16 votes, while my article only shows 14.

The latter can be proven, but the former is only a guess based on what that person wrote in his message.
I even made my virtual vote look like a real one because I used the "General" type message, whereas the poster you are referring to actually posted a "Question" type message. Since you can't choose the type of message when actually voting you can't really be sure that the person voted even if they say so in their message.
It take it you're not just trying to push your article this way. 
Does that sound plausible to you?

Nope, let me explain in full detail what happened.
So I got an upvote and the voter left a comment. I went to check and had 13 votes total (the vote is also in my rep history).
This morning I checked my rep history and I noticed I got another upvote (big one, +80 points), but the vote total was still 13.
I also did not get the 80 points according to the reputationer.

A-ha! I actually just found, when I went to my article overview to check your virtual vote, that my overview shows 16 votes, while my article only shows 14.
So there IS something fishy going on here. And no, I don't try to push my article. Great articles don't need pushing

There's a delay between votes being cast and them showing up on the article's summary due to caching.

A discovered a bug in the article section selection.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start a new article
- Select
Client Side Scripting -> JavaScript - Save the Draft
- Leave the Page
- Edit the Draft
The section will now be Client Side Scripting -> Beginners and JavaScript is no longer an option in the Subsection list.
I discovered this while working on my Jooshe article which I had to file as Client Side Scripting -> General.

Does CodeProject team plan to provide regular data dump of articles or other contents for offline browsing ?
FYI, Stack Overflow provides this feature on a monthly basis (http://www.clearbits.net/torrents/2155-sept-2013).
OriginalGriff suggested me to ask Chris in the Site Bugs / Suggestions forum if he is willing to add it, suspecting he might not...

If Code Project team plans to provide regular data dump of articles or other contents for offline browsing, I would expect an offline browser as well.
FYI, Stack Overflow provides Stackdump, an offline browser trawling through off-line XML data :

My previous reply was not clear enough. Sorry for the confusion.
My internet access is only limited when I need to work in areas where no internet access is available.
At home, I can download data dumps without problem.
I hope this answers your question.
