Ahhhh...that's a relief.
Now he's gone we can put our feet up on the furniture, relax and get comfortable...thought he'd never leave!

I think I will take my shoes off too. I might as well get comfortable since I have to work both Monday and Tuesday next week  . I have only been working here for four months, so I have only earned about 40 hours of Paid Time Off.
For those who are unfamiliar with PTO time in the US, this is used for vacation as well as sick days (Wikipedia[^]).
Oh well, I figure the traffic will be light

That term always confuses me. Some people mean "paid by the hour", other people mean "annual salary, working a fixed number of hours per week".
I have an annual salary and work 40 hours per week. If I leave early one day, I can make it up later on, but that is kind of hard to do with the two weeks ahead of us. We are closed down on the 25th, 26th, 27th and on January 1st as well.

...haven't been back on the forum since I posted that. Sorry it took so long to reply:
I mean "hourly" to mean that I charge my customers for every hour I work. Typically, this means I work 40 hours and get paid 40 hours. But if someone wants to play the "this is an emergency so we need you to work extra" game and I work say 60 hours...I get paid for 60 hours work. If someone thinks they're going to have me come in on a Saturday, they will have to pay me for my entire weekend...48 hours at my rate on top of my normal weekly hours.

Widely reported in the UK, the ceiling in the Apollo theatre partially collapsed on the audience during the performance of "The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time".
I dunno about you lot but I must get tickets for it when it reopens again sometime in the new year. If a play is that good that it literally brings the house down, then I want in.

I agree that North Korea's dictator is as close to evil as you can get. I was poking fun at his irrational behavior. I'm also aware of Uganda's history of human rights violations. There's no excuse for that.
