I don't think your ToDo list is empty.

<iframe src=http://www.codeproject.com/members/flair/1 height=200 width=300 scrolling=no frameborder=no></iframe>
Replace the number with your MemberID. Adjust height and width to taste.
Subject to change - this is v0.1 and done in a hurry.

Nice Work Chris. It's awesome.
But the problem is in WordPress free Blog, iFrames are not supported. When I add this and save the iFrame is automatically stripped out.
Can't we make this a image? That can easily be added as an Anchor.

How to add Iframes in WordPress posts or pages[^]
Tadit Dash wrote: Can't we make this a image? Are you serious? Remember, Iframe loads updated data(articles, messages & points) not only profile logo.

The link you have given will work on Premium WordPress Accounts, not in free.
Because I can't locate the functions.php . That is only available in premium accounts.
thatraja wrote: Are you serious? Remember, Iframe loads updated data(articles, messages & points) not only profile logo. If you refer http://stackoverflow.com/users/flair[^], it actually gives you an image and all dynamic data are populated.
For example - the below one will generate mine.
<a title="Stack Overflow Profile" href="http://stackoverflow.com/users/1099247/tadit-kumar-dash" target="_blank">Stack Overflow</a>
<a href="http://stackoverflow.com/users/1099247/tadit-kumar-dash">
<img title="profile for Tadit Kumar Dash at Stack Overflow, Q&A for professional and enthusiast programmers" alt="profile for Tadit Kumar Dash at Stack Overflow, Q&A for professional and enthusiast programmers" src="http://stackoverflow.com/users/flair/1099247.png?theme=dark" width="208" height="58" />
</a>
You can check this code at your end.

Due to these reasons Kunal suggested me to use Blogspot instead of wordpress.

Okay, then I will move to Blogspot instead of Wordpress.
Thanks a lot.

Don't change things based on opinion by a single person. Besides I'm not a regular blogger. I heard that Blogspot also has some disadvantages.
Many CP members do use wordpress blogs.
So I suggest you to check Iframe option(s) for wordpress in Google. I heard that people creating plugins, scripts for options to achieve things in wordpress - free version. Search & try again.

You are right.
But the problem is, in free version of Wordpress, they doesn't allow Plugins also. So, searching will be a waste of time.
I am in confusion now.

Searched and found - Pasting code in WP.com[^]. It says...
Quote: Hey there -
Iframe is not allowed on a WordPress.COM blog due to security reasons. You will need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog to use iframe. I guess if CP can provide a Image like StackOveflow (as I have given you in one of the previous posts), that will be good.

Yes. For example, insert the quotation marks around src, height, width, scrolling and frameborder values to make it HTML-compatible.
Fixed version:
<iframe src="http://www.codeproject.com/members/flair/1" height="200" width="350" scrolling="no" frameborder="no"></iframe>
Oh, and by the way: It doesn't work on IE 8, Win 7 x64.

Doesn't get any more literal than that, I'm afraid.

Problem: Not able to sign in with just my email as sign in asks for password which I did not specify because I joined as community user (with option to not provide a password).
When I ask for my 'forgotten' password (which in reality does not exist), the site bombs out (with very nice error screen I might add). So, no code download for me...
On top of this, in order to ask a question, or alert CodeProject about a possible bug on this discussion board, yes, you guessed it: I have to sign in.
Well, on to www.live.com, get new address, join as community member without password (as test case) and post this message.
Now, I don't mind providing a password (I was just lazy the first time around), but unfortunately, I don't see the way to add password to my original account as site does not allow me to join again (as it rightfully informs me that email was already used and has already joined).
Help...

Can you please email me (chris@codeproject.com) your email and I'll test the "SendPassword" page. I've looked through the error logs and apart from a transient network issue with our redis server I can't see anything breaking on that page.

I have noticed this article has been top of the 'latest best picks' on the front page for a while:
Programming Without Coding Technology (PWCT)[^]
Looking at the voting stats it has had a considerable number of '1' votes, but there are no comments. I thought all votes of 3 or less required a comment (which is a great idea IMO).
Also, should an article with a rating of 3.35/5.0 really be top of the list?

Thanks for the reply Chris, but that article was published 23 Nov 2013, so just over one week ago.

Oh ... sorry - just looked at the revision history. Makes sense!
I still think that an article with a 3.55 rating doesn't really look right at the top of the list.
