He won't notice - he'll be tied up with his PS4 until the new year.
And then tied up trying to placate Michelle until spring...

I'd recommend one of these places
- Lucerne[^]
- Zermatt[^]
- Andermatt[^]
- Davos[^]
- Laax[^]
- Arosa[^]
Which is the best one is hard to say, it may depend on your specific interest.
Yep, it will be quite cold, especially in the mountains. I'd recommend you a location in the mountains since there will be snow, in the lower areas there may be only cold rain and fog.

I guess you could even recommend Zurich during Christmas. Christmas market and lots of lights there

I still doubt that the snow is gonna stay there, we got ours melting around here (Rotkreuz / Brunnen)...

Back around 1976 I went to Lucerne, Switzerland over Christmas. That year they did not have snow! (At that time).
Was a very nice trip.

In the midst of the global heart rending at hsi death, lets not forget just what he was:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umkhonto_we_Sizwe[^]
Umkhonto we Sizwe was set up by Mandella and has been responsible for many deaths and injuries.
So yeah, Martin Luther King he isnt, Bin Laden he is.
So lets keep things in perspective eh?

Come on Eric, you know as well as I do that people hate keeping things in perspective.
The People have decided that Mandela is a Pretty Cool Guy - you can't just start disagreeing, especially not if you cite facts. Facts are stupid.

Yeah, you can prove anything with facts!

I find citing facts and citing Wikipedia are two completely different things. They may occasionally be the same but they don't have to.
I don't consider Wikipedia to be a proof for anything

Fair point. How about the references at the bottom though?

Sorry, but no.
The ANC won in the end, so he was a Freedom Fighter battling against an Oppressive and Brutal Regime.
If they had lost, then he would have been a Terrorist trying to overthrow the Legitimate Government against the wishes of the People. (Just as the pro-apartheid government claimed when they were still in power.)
But they didn't lose - the oppressive regime did. Thankfully.

The victor writes the history books, thats the point of his post, nothing to do with thr right and wrong of Mandellas life.
Anyway, better a troll than a twatter.
