Welcome to the Wonderful World of Specifications!
Basically, whatever software you are going to write, the customer wants it to do everything, now and all future requirements. Until he has to pay for it, at which point the requirements become rather less nebulous...

Or in other words just get it working the way we want and we'll make it right in the end.
I learned quickly that in the end meant NEVER.

I thought of the answer well before I figured out how it fit. I just had to scratch away at it for a while until I got it

Tom, please explain it to us lesser CCC mortals. The answer is "LEAVETAKING"? I really can't see the solution.
If there is one thing more dangerous than getting between a bear and her cubs it's getting between my wife and her chocolate.

It's actually valedictory
Clap = vd
beer = ale
holding = valed
one = i
about = c
to run = tor
youth leader = y

I see it now. Tom introduced his own CCC using "COVERTLY AID" distraught. He was being a crafty sod.
You sir, explained it. It all fell into place once I decoded Tom's proposal.

You know, when all is said and done. When you've done all the politicking at the office, when you've failed to achieve that promotion or when your friend says something hurtful about you or any of a hundred other things get you down; well, at that time, it does you good to see that you live somewhere truly amazing and beautiful[^]. Enjoy.

Being Canadian, it is clearly in my veins. I watch every single match of my beloved home team (Montreal) and I play at least once a week.
How many of you out there like it as much (or not as much)? Any software dev who's also a hockey fan?

|

|

One of the guys I work with plays hockey regularly, and I believe he watches the pros quite a bit.
