If the murders were committed on the same day, which is possible from the given dates, she would be classed as a spree killer, not a serial killer.

Looks like it comes awfully close (close beeing a bit relative here  ) to Mars. Shouldn't that have at least some gravitational impact on the orbit of ISON?
It's been a few years since I last did some physics calculation so I'm not sure how big the gravitational field of the mars is and as the mars is a relatively light planet (ca 1/10 of the earths mass) this migh be small enough to not have a significant influence on the comet. Anyone doing the maths here?

Not only do they factor planetary gravitation; but the detailed models for longer term orbital tracking include the influence of major asteroids; although the latter is mostly only needed for longer term prediction of other asteroids.
