Hmmmm, even if he moved out here to California where illegal immigrants now can obtain a driver's license[^], he might not be able to.

For a second I thought it was Patrick Dempsey's old character from this movie[^], but his name was Ronald Miller. Phew.
[Hmmm...It is really scary that movie immediately came to mind when I saw the name of the undead guy]

Very sad, a young, beautiful and very talented woman brought down by a terrible accident.
I am wondering if it was suicide owing to depression.
Sad if it is the case.

There is a time and a place for work for home.
However, some people are not disciplined enough to effectively work from home. Too many disctractions.
Also, some things despite how much technology you implement to aid collaboration, still are more effective face to face/in the same room/building.
e.g. giving someone a bollocking over the phone or seeing the whites of their eyes.

I prefer working at the office as I find when I work from home I start really early and end really late - consequently I actually work more hours if I am working from home.
I don't generally buy the 'working from home aka skiving' story except in a few cases - most of us are mature adults who enjoy our work and are willing to put in the hours whether it be from home or in the office.
I don't get paid for all the time I spend thinking about solutions outside of work...

There are too many slackers who are overjoyed at the idea of becoming an invisible employee. Plus, there are parts of your job where it's just easier to talk something out over the top of a desk than through teleconferences and the like. Those quick 5 minute chats can be an absolute goldmine when it comes to your job.
