I was just reading an article the other day about how much an anesthesiologist adds to the cost of medical procedures (well, actually it was about a new machine that can do the same job much cheaper). It's kind of sad how true that part of this joke is...

So we finally decided to bail on the 2012 visual studio cloudification handle git for you thing.
It would have been great had it worked at all. We couldn't even commit changes on our published branch, and then sync. It would get all hosed up and we couldn't even change branches.
I have found a way to use it for the simple things, and git bash for the rest. So we create branches, commit, rebase, etc.. through the terminal, and then use the vs gui to sync.
Now I have to figure out how to create the remotes from the vss address and we'll finally be able to work on the project again.

He basically called me in for the annual checkup.. Found out two bad teeth which have to be "taken away in a later moment". And I have such a difficulty to open the mouth...
Definition of the "Later moment": full anesthesia in a hospital for a half a day.. Don't think the insurance is taking that over.. Will be a pretty busy "dentist" autumn for me.. And my wallet..

You should see him every six months.
And why would you have to have full anesthesia? Can't he jab you full of novacaine and starlight you with pentathol instead? It's what my jaw cracker does.
Much easier and none of the inherent dangers of full coma inducing sleeping draughts

He suggested the full anesthesia because I have a very strong nervous reaction when opening the mouth. Basically it's very hard to have it open still. I had local anesthesia last operation, and it was still very hard

I'm with Mike. I had the worst kind of widom tooth extraction done and had the choice of two nights in hospital or 30 mins in the chair under local. He's a top dentist and charges such but you get what you pay for...

Herself also hates dentists - she has been known to "leg it" out of the ladies room window before now - so I haven't told her her appointment for tomorrow has been cancelled, it would only upset her!
Why upset? Because she would want to know when it has been remade for, and then she will be worrying and planning escape routes for an extra week. She only goes every six months, so she always forgets the appointment, and I only remind her when it's actually time to put the handcuffs on, fit the anti-bite gag and ship her off to see him...
The only instant messaging I do involves my middle finger.

Was it your wisdom teeth? Those are the molars at the very back, which start to come in in your early to mid teens. Yeah, those usually need to come out.
In my case, they were causing chronic jaw pain. When I developed a cavity in one, the prospect of having to have a top far back tooth filled prompted me to get them yanked. All four of them, in one go. I didn't get a general anesthetic (there was no specialist anesthesiologist) but I was dosed with knock-out gas which had the same effect. Fixed the jaw pain, and I still have the teeth on my dresser. Insurance covered half the cost.

But seriously, if the teeth are infected enough that your doc says it should be removed, then why should it be postponed until it rots in the sockets? Unless the "later moment" comes in a day or two.
And I'm unsure why do you need full anesthesia for the removal of two teeth. Which teeth are these?

So, those would still be molar teeth. I've heard those are the ones to get infected quickly since toothbrush may not be able to effectively reach there to clean unless enough care is exercised regularly.
I'd still recommend just taking the pain and getting the procedure done with local anesthesia instead of using general (full body) anesthesia.

Wanted to save my IE9 Favorites at work. (only "approved" browser)
Looked at the export and what does it say "NETSCAPE-Bookmark", since I was using a product called Microsoft Internet Explorer and exporting "Favorites" this seems a bit odd. Especially since I have used Netscape in the past.
You got to love a company too lazy to either make their own or re-brand what they bought.
It also says that the file I manually exported is an automatically generated file???
