It has everything with vb.net since it will be coded in vb.net and it will use only mysql database for informations storage like download link of new version, updates texts etc.

That is irrelevant. Your question is asking for people to work with you, so it has nothing to do with Visual basic, it's a question about collaboration.

I developed one application using vb6. when I make EXE the Kaspersky Antivirous detect my application as Trogen virous and deleted my application. How to solve my problem?

Hi salih1989,
In the past, I had Avast, and it detected my apps as ¨posibly¨ infected, my Csharp apps were stopped every time, then I searched Avast website, and google, simply no answer, then I changed Avast, today I use AVG.
But you must consider that perhaps your app, was infected by a virus already present in you computer.

You have to report that to Kaspersky and talk with them. Only they can adjust their virus search patterns.

Anything written in VB6 is "suspicious"; the language is dead, the IDE is no longer for sale. There's a lot of malware written in VB6 since it nicely compiles to native.

I am building a excel macro that simply brings up the Outlook Global Adress book and allows you to select a contact and it puts the contact's email address back into an excel cell (or msg box). The Sub below does two things, first part brings up the name of the person who you select, the second part brings up the email address of the current user.
All I want is to bring up the EMAIL of the person you select (not the current user).
Here is my code:

I solved it with this code, which you can use to pull up the global address book, select a user, and it will display that persons email address (SMTP I think).

I wanted to pragmatically change the content of a cell. So I have tried something like this

Do not use such a confusing naming of your variables! When I read Items, I expect some kind of a collection/array. And better use a Class instead of a Structure.
In your ChangeItem function, you must retrieve the item from the listview, and then change its properties.

I was thinking of using listview but I think when I have thousands of pictures will be very slow to load the listview

What does "in Windows Explorer" mean? Does it have to look like a folder when browsing using the Explorer? Or does it simply need to run under Windows and look "similar" to the Explorer?

Loading a list of strings into a ListView doesn't take that long; it depends on what you're showing, and how. Reading the image will always take a while, and reading images that aren't displayed on screen takes even more time. A datagridview can have an image-column, and if it's virtualized, it'll only load/display the image that's visible.
